- Use of the App
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the EasyToGoTacos app.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing an order.
- You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
- Orders & Payments
- All menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Orders placed through the app must be paid in full using the accepted payment methods.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing error, or operational limitations.
- Sales tax and applicable service fees may apply.
- Deliveries & Pickups
- Delivery and pickup times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their address and contact details are correct.
- In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information or no response, the order may be canceled without refund.
- Refund & Complaint Policy
- All sales are final. Refunds or store credits may be issued at our sole discretion in the case of:
- Missing items
- Wrong items delivered
- Food safety concerns
- Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of receiving your order by contacting support through the app.
- Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and designs in the app are the exclusive property of EasyToGoTacos.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
