Welcome to the EasyToGoTacos mobile app (“App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our app and services. By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

  1. Use of the App
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the EasyToGoTacos app.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing an order.
  • You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
  1. Orders & Payments
  • All menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Orders placed through the app must be paid in full using the accepted payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing error, or operational limitations.
  • Sales tax and applicable service fees may apply.
  1. Deliveries & Pickups
  • Delivery and pickup times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their address and contact details are correct.
  • In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information or no response, the order may be canceled without refund.
  1. Refund & Complaint Policy
  • All sales are final. Refunds or store credits may be issued at our sole discretion in the case of:
    • Missing items
    • Wrong items delivered
    • Food safety concerns
  • Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of receiving your order by contacting support through the app.
  1. Account Security
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, trademarks, logos, and designs in the app are the exclusive property of EasyToGoTacos.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

  • The app may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, maps). We are not responsible for the terms or actions of those third parties.

    • Delays in delivery due to external factors (e.g., traffic, weather)
    • User errors in order details or payments
