    1. Open the app and go to the Profile screen
    2. Tap on “Delete Account”
    3. Confirm the deletion request

    Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days.

    What Data Gets Deleted

    When you delete your account, the following data is erased:

    • Name, email, phone number
    • Order history
    • App usage data tied to your account

    What Data Is Retained

    We may retain certain data for legal or operational purposes:

    • Payment records (up to 5 years)
    • Customer service logs (up to 12 months)

    Retention Timeline

    • Active data is deleted within 7 days
